Try again but leave a reminder this time. I downloaded the "sorry I missed you" one regarding orders from the Avon website and amended them.
Another time I prewrote a few envelopes and popped them in and said something like "Avon called today to collect the brochure. Could you please leave it outside for me tomorrw(Saturday or whatever)and I got them all back!
People forget but if you hurry up you may get them back. Even if you only get half of them its a big difference!

I've just had a quick look on eBay and there are some on there or you could google "sample bottles" and see what results you could get back.

Hi Everyone

Ive placed my 1st order today whoop! Im very excited managed around £220 so im pretty pleased with that for 1st campaign, ive just prepped all my next books which I found so much quicker using a stamp from vista print, I just had to do the delivery date so took less than half the time it did before.

brown_suga - sorry hun checked and ive only got the clearskin prof scrub and the normal clearskin blemish gel.. (note to self stock up on the prof range in c12!)

there is a seller on ebay offering all 3.. but its nearly £12 which is much more than if would be in C12. you could try ringing customer service and seeing if they will add it at their end to your c11.. if not and if you can wait 2 weeks i can get my c12 delivery then and can order it for you.

Its only the first 2 or 3 which are scary! Greet them with a bright cheery "hello" "I've called for the avon brochure" it really is that simple! You will gain confidence and get more chatty as time goes by! They often apologise for forgetting to leave it out-I just say-thats ok-not a problem. I sometimes tell them I will drop in another every 3 weeks or so. You dont need to feel compelled to say all that though! It will eventually come naturally-I promise!

Am i confusing myself, or shouldn't i have received HT15 with my C13 brochures? Because i've only gotten HT14.

They won't send you the HT out until you can actually order from it - so because you're onto campaign 12 now, that's why you've been sent HT14 as that is for ordering out that campaign. Your HT for ordering when you order from campaign 13 will be sent with your C12 delivery.
