I had loads of problems with BT. Changed to Virgin over a year ago and never looked back. The phone calls with Virgin are very expensive but I go through first:telecom as recommended on MSE. I work from home and have only had a connection issue once. On the whole, very good.I'm sure I went upstairs for some reason.0
