    well they are coming back out AGAIN tomorrow to swop the box (No4) iv asked for a SA box this time see if thats anybetter,,, thanks for the advice jb66 :)

    Its a bit ugly looking but you cant go on with failing samsungs

    I had loads of problems with BT. Changed to Virgin over a year ago and never looked back. The phone calls with Virgin are very expensive but I go through first:telecom as recommended on MSE. I work from home and have only had a connection issue once. On the whole, very good.
    I'm sure I went upstairs for some reason.
