Nope, this is cheapest I can find:

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/Apple-A1303-iPhone-16GB-Black/dp/B0030KLRSG/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1277987038&sr=1-3

Used from £339 and thats only a 16gb. Even on Ebay they are still making around the £350 mark. Plain old 3G's are fetching £180-£200. I think its going to be a few months before the prices drop that much.
Cheapest 32gb atm seems to be £350 http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/offer-listing/B002EH8X4W/ref=sr_1_6_olp?ie=UTF8&s=gateway&qid=1277987536&sr=8-6&condition=used
although on the main page it says £300 so I can bet that sold recently, if you keep a watch you can pick one up cheap just a case of having the time to watch, I would say the price will drop rapid once the new batch of 4's are out.
Approach her; adore her. Behold her; worship her. Caress her; indulge her. Kiss her; pleasure her. Kneel to her; lavish her. Assert to her; let her guide you. Obey her as you know how; Surrender is so wonderful! For Caroline my Goddess.

So what happened between getting the first one and now??

You went out and bought an iPhone as you were too stupid to understand the Insurance letter.

Being so much out of pocket (spending money you wrongly "thought" you were going to get) that you pointlessly tried to get a refund.

Now you intend selling it for less than you bought it and intend spending even more money on a new iPhone.

This is why I nearly always buy online, you have the distance selling regs to fall back on, giving you 7 days from receipt of your item to decide if you want to send it back( must be in a saleable condition and not made to order)

I don't believe the DSR actually state the goods must be in re-saleable condition.
Can I insist that consumers who cancel an order within the cancellation period return the goods as new or in their original packaging?

3.58 No. Consumers are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods while in their possession as discussed in paragraph 3.44. The DSRs allow consumers to examine goods they have ordered as they would in a shop. If that requires opening the packaging and trying out the goods then they have not breached their duty to take reasonable care of the goods. In these circumstances you cannot insist that consumers return the goods as new or in their original packaging. You may ask consumers to return goods with the original packaging, but you cannot insist on this. In the case of goods such as earrings that have hygiene seals, you may require consumers to exercise reasonable care by not removing the seals when examining them.
