This is obviously a wind up as they are sayong all the things that normally p*** off the forum.

I wonder whose alter ego this is.

Don't have a clue what your talking about? but i assure you this isn't a windup, maybe you just spend to much time on here and have become a bit sceptical?
Problem solved anyway i have gone down the ebay route and can probably update to new iphone 4 with the money from the sale, dont know if this is a good thing or a bad thing with the stories i have heard haha!

Cynically wondering if OP bought the 3GS not knowing the 4 was coming out the following week and now wants the newer phone.... especially after his last comment.....

This is why I nearly always buy online, you have the distance selling regs to fall back on, giving you 7 days from receipt of your item to decide if you want to send it back( must be in a saleable condition and not made to order)
Quite true, but OP bought it on 16th June, posted here on 30th June. Would also be out of time.

Perhaps OP should now sue their school. The obviously have failed in their education as OP is incapable of reading English

Where are you buying a 3GS for that price from? My DS is looking for one and can't find one anywhere near that price yet?

Spotted one on amazon earlier at that price, mind you it went very quick but in saying that there are a few around the £300 in immaculate condition.

Nope, this is cheapest I can find:

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/Apple-A1303-iPhone-16GB-Black/dp/B0030KLRSG/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1277987038&sr=1-3

Used from £339 and thats only a 16gb. Even on Ebay they are still making around the £350 mark. Plain old 3G's are fetching £180-£200. I think its going to be a few months before the prices drop that much.
