Another new day to add to July: The No Spend Day

Thanks everyone for your answers, have decided not to count direct debits but will count everything else including food shop which shouldn't hinder me that much as we only go once a week.
So today is my 1st NSD0 -
number 1 for me :jBe who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Hi July NSD'ers :hello:
Please can I join again Spoon? I want to stay with 15 again just to sort of prove to myself I can do it before I think of upping my target, thank you for the pony in June, will keep me determined.
Now for the plan (lol) I have a few days off so have to be careful. I know Sundy will be a spend day as I've got to go to London and I have shopping to do (normal shopping not London shopping LOL). I want to go swimming a couple of times and I'm supposed to be meeting a friend on Friday too so I'm going to have to organise myself. Last month showed me how organising really helps so I need to work on it.
I plan to make today an NSD so will check in later with the result. I'm hoping to get some old clothes sorted and get them to the recycling bank and try sort my paperwork a bit so hopefully that will keep me out of trouble
Good luck this month everyone, see you all later :hello:

I get the impression there aren't that many of us include everything we spend as a 'spend' though (if that makes sense)

Am heeeere! *screeches in and just misses hitting the wall with the TARDIS*
No NSD for me, but it was an LSD, needed to post a letter and get envelope and stamp and such. But I only spent £2
Nothing for me to-day had to pick up doggles cheapy food and a large (very large) pack of baby wipes for the Dopey Goes Camping Stramash (possibly Dopey brains Mr Dopey with tent pole).
Can I please be picked up at my house by the Tardis, all this bumping up on down on Hubert isn't doing my back any good, and I don't want to squash my frilly knicks, must have upstanding navy blue and white frills for Andy, don't you know?
thanks in advance Elfen, I'll bring us a wee aperatif for the journey..........More than Two Years in

Hi Can you put me down for 10 NSD this month, lost track a bit last month but will try to keep better organised this one.
