    Hello NSDers

It's number 7 for me today please spoon. This month I will not be counting my dds and weekly oyster as spend days because they're essentials and unavoidable spends.

I'm curbing on all other non essential spends by taking packed lunches to work, carrying a bottle of tap water when i'm out, and not buying fizzy drinks etc. I'm also using work phone to make 0845 personal calls to cut down my mobile phone bill, bad but hey i'm a DFW.

I used to go into the hair salon for a simple wash and blow dry, I now do that myself at home, - practice makes perfect, saves me 4 salon visits per month.

    This thread is great.

    Thank you all.

Nearly a NSD for me but a very bargainlicious day - was given a bottle of wine by school but I can't drink red so checked that Mr S sold it and cheekily asked them if I could swap it - they said yes but before I could the lovely lady gave me the £6.99 in cash! :j

Also picked up a reduced pizza for tea and an offer pack of 9 Chunky Kitkats for £1 - a total of £3 but had a £2.50 Nectar voucher to use so paid 50p for the lot!:T:T

Also had hair done and posted ebay parcels but they were both budgeted for and don't count.

    Evening all

Not a NSD for me to-day, DS and waiflike GF managed to eat 3/4 loaf in about 20min on toastfest last night, so had to go buy some more to-day. then bought a couple of other bits and pieces, but still only spent £9.12.

Should be on target for one tomorrow............

Well done everyone that got another NSD today we're all doing well, even if you're not getting as many as you'd like you're still trying :T

I got another one today taking me to 9 NSD's, been using up the veg that we have laying around and made a large pan of spicy sweet potato soup and another pan of mulligatawny soup using up the left over lamb from Monday. We have the mulligatawny for tea with HM bread and it was lovely, the rest has gone in the freezer along with the SSP. Have decided to change my meal plan around so I can use up what we have in, the consequence of that is I don't need to go to the shops to buy anything so if all goes well I won't be spending until Sunday.

No I don't mind waiting Spoon, whenever you have time to sort them out is fine by me, thanks for keeping us all motivated and on track :A

If I don't spend anything in the next hour or so (I don't intend to...) then today will be NSD no 3 complete! Since Monday!
