This month I know I have quite a lot on (Henley Royal Regatta this weekend to name but one!) but I really want my pony!!! *stamps foot like the only child she is

The nicest thing about today was payday, and for once we aren't scrabbling round for pennies to keep us going until my wages clear. Finally feel like we're making progress - a whole month with no bank or credit card charges

I am lucky in that DH pays most of the bills. I only have the mortgage, credit cards (Only if there is a balance to pay), DS1/2s child trust fund regular payments, groceries, children's/mine clothes and presents to pay for.

I work three days a week and rarely spend on those days as the Children's Centre I work for is in the next village to us and basically there's a T3sco express and that's it! Not much chance of spending there.

I feel very much in awe of your organisation skills bearing in mind you are looking after and providing for you and your DS. My DH will always help me out if I get into trouble with CCs (which thankfully has only happened twice and were due to a major necessary spend and not frivilous(sp?) ones)

Hi all!

Can I be put down for 10 NSD's in July please? Hopefully will be more but I thought that quite a nice number to start with for my first 'proper' try at it!
