    Hello,

Fashion disaster today - colleague and I both wearing the same dress! Neither of us knew the other one had it!

The perils of high street shopping. Goan - you've converted me to vintage!

Sarah, I feel your pain. Come over to the dark side and embrace the weird and wonderful.

Hope everyone's okay and fingers crossed for the funeral, Douglas. The vicar made my Mum's very special, he was really funny talking about her grabbing bargains in charity shops and boozy lunchtime sessions with her mates in Yates. It's a celebration of life at the end of the day not a miseryfest.

    Today's outfit:

1960's Dollyrockers ethnic print maxi dress (eBay)
Vintage faux fur leopard waistcoat (Inherited)
Taupe knee high platform boots (TopShop sale 4 years ago)
    Vintage leather satchel (BHF)
    Silver jewellery (India)
1950's Crushed velvet beret (jumble sale)

Swimming this morning, followed by a charity shop mooch, wrapping eBay parcels and listing some saucy vintage undies this afternoon.

    Catch you later.

    Hello lovely people.

Douglas - I hope today goes well.

I don't get the whole crying at wedding dresses thing either, it's just a dress and most of the time they look like meringues (except mine, which I still have actually). Weddings annoy me at the moment anyway, missing seeing Groove Armada (a birthday present) because of a family wedding. Mind you I did find a fabulous dress in that bag of salvage clothes I got for revamping and crafty stuff, just needs converting from Maxi to knee length because the bottom is all ripped. So the whole thing will cost me about 10p...

    Enough rambling:
80s style denim waistcoat - Miss Selfridge
Vintage pink silk camisole - Charity shop (I think it was one in Lowestoft)
Black high waisted a-line skirt - american apparel
Wooden pendant with a deer on it - etsy

I hope you are having lovely days. Alex, I have done a blog post just for you :)
