I'm v jealous of the vintage fair, alex!
and if you want any weeknd plans at any point, im up for doing things
have v little in the way of plans rly this month, but moneywise i'm doing well, had the money paid in from that mystery shopping last wk, and also when i went to my friend's house berfore guides, i was handed 2 expenses cheques which i hadn't realised i was getting!! so that was a nice bonus.0 -
Hello, I've been back in the UK for a couple of weeks now and thought i'd make an appearance
Not kept up with this thread but i've read some blog posts.
DB youre looking lovely and i especially like your paris jumper
Alex the pom pom necklace is really cool. I did read some posts in the thread about it but i forget who else made one. It looks fun anyway - its been years since i made pom poms.
PF, awesome new car and the yellow H&M jacket really suits you.
Bought a few new clothes recently - a few tops and 2 wool skirts in china which i'll take pics of at some point. One's moved to the top of my favourite skirts list already. It's a short grey one with stripes of bright colour through it. Sadly a bit tight so i have to breathe in :P.
Saw lots of pretty shoes over there but a lot of shoes only go up to size 36 or a smaller than usual 38 which was sad!
And i got a new coat. I've spent very little on clothes recently unlike the OH who spent over £100 in H&M and river island last weekend. I was shocked - he's never spent more than about £30 on clothes before and that's roughly a once a year occurence :P
Heading to Manchester tomorrow which inevitably means a trip to the giant primark. it's just so much better laid out than the others ive been to (not tried London though).
In by myself tonight so i'm watching (mostly) rubbish telly and reading blogs. Does anyone else watch how i met your mother? I love it
Also loving the inbetweeners at the moment but it means hiding behind a cushion because it's just too cringey!0 -
welcome back Marzipan0

Thanks
Lovely video on your blog btw.
Does anyone know what bag it is that's being given away here http://www.llymlrs.com/2010/09/alexa-esque-handbag-giveaway.html?
I might buy it if it's not too much (the copy, obv)

Welcome back MF!
Not sure what the bag is, but I entered the giveaway today, it looks lovely..
I feel sickmade risotto for tea because despite going to sains at lunch o forgot to get potato or sausages
I'm rubbish!
And it was good but I think my mind was hungrier than my stomach - feel like I've eaten too much0 -
aww, hate it when that happens. Half my dinner is still in the fridge but it's leftover chilli from tues on a baked potato so i'm not sure it'll last till tomorrow. I always overestimate how much potato i can eat.
Hope the sicky feeling goes soon. Should be gone after a sleep if not before.
ps. just noticed you started a no clothes buying challenge. Good Luck! You have got tons of lovely things so hopefully you'll be OK!0 -

Hi MarziHow was your trip?
I absolutely love HIMYM0 -
:wavey: all, sorry work has been a bit manic this past few days, so not much time for t'interweb! My dress code has been mostly little dresses and leggings/tights
I have one purchase to admit to though, I went into New Look the other day and bought a really cute dress with cats on(!) for £5!! It wasn't new look own make, but had been £25 (I think) so I was well pleased
Today's dress code will be mostly hoodie and joddies as I am playing with ponies
DB- Big hug, I am here if you want to chat xx - did you get to play with the beadies yet? x0
