Hi guys, just popping into say that i'm still here :j. I had a slight accident on Sunday night which involved rendering myself unconcious and getting a huge bump, numerous bruises and a nasty concussion. So I'm house bound (doctors orders) for a few days.

I hope everyone had a good weekend though!

Rainy - well done on the charity walk, what a great achievement.

Mia - hope you're ok now, look after yourself.

Well, I've just updated the blogthing with its first ever guest post - written by our very own Alex! And what a sterling job she's done too - thanks again Alex for taking the time to do it and giving such inspiring advice.

*blushes* Thanks Sarah, it was much fun to do!

I can't stop spending at the mo. I may have taken two pairs of shoes back, but I then proceeded to buy a £40 dress and a coat. The dress will also be going back though - it is the most gorgeous fabric but the fit on the top is not flattering on me and it's not really worth keeping just because I like the pattern!

    Morning all

Pirate it wasquite warm last night - this funny weather;)

    Mia -Glad you're ok now

Rainy - What an achievement -you must be buzzing now at the thought of it.

Last day off school - mixed emotions, with DS1 starting seniors- must get his uniform together though he did inform me yesterday he's quite excited by it which makes me feel better and I'm glad I'm at work as it'll keep mind off it, it'll be a shock to the system as they start at 8:30 which was the time they started primary but having to get the bus means he'll be gtting picked up at 7:45:o again luckily the bus stop is only at the end of the road.

Anyhow - think we're off to Whitby for fish and chips today, DS's will spend in the amusements trying to win 'tat' out of the 2p machines and my ulterior motive is to get into the charity shops;)
