Evening Ladies

Rain then sun then rain then sun here all day. The weather can't make it's mind up which makes planning what to wear harder!

outfit today
White Linen trousers - New Look
Grey and white striped long line top - Dorothy Perkins
Grey cropped cardigan - New Look
Black ballet pumps - New Look

The last wedding I went to the bride insisted that people wore either black, white and silver or a combination. So black is OK for a wedding, as long as its not head to toe black so it looks like a funeral! That dress in the picture would be fine.

I'm still packing. Why does it take me two full evenings to sort out 4 outfits?

Alex you could do what I do for packing, and start cramming things into bags about 1hr before you leave!

I just had a rather unsuccwssful eve at bingo with a friend who needed the night out, so am glad we went. And she won £5 so Not all bad.

And ice, irregular choice shoes are my favourite things

I love the look of Irregular choice shoes but whenever I try any on they always seem to be quite wide :S

Grey draped cardigan, Primark

The recent styles are pretty wide fitting, moonbabe - the older styles are the opposite and i usually have to go up a size, which can be quite frustrating :S

today's outfit:
blue / white satin-y bubble hem skirt, h&m
pink/purpley floral print vest, primark
long short sleeved bf cardi, TU @ sainsburys (£3!!)
silver glitter heels
navy satin scarf with paris / eiffel tower print, miss selfridge

Outfit today is:

Ancient black tunic - DP
Red, white, pink and black polka dot silk scarf tied as an empire line belt - Topshop, via car boot sale
Peacock pattern silver disc earrings - not sure
Garnet ring - on loan from Mum
Red pumps with big bow on the toe - DP, also borrowed from Mum. Although weirdly she's a size 4, I'm a size 6 and the pumps are a size 5 and fit both of us...
