    Morning all

Alex - hopefully it's a little tiff about nothing and it will be all be fine!

My plans for today's wardrobe are scuppered as I went to Drayton Manor yesterday. I got soaked taking the children on the various rides (and in the rain) and my shoes are still wet so I need to re think my whole outfit.

It looks nice and I'm pottering about again today, supermarket and post office etc (sold something on Folksy again - YAY!) so I'll probably wear black leggings and my yellow uttam tunic. The thing I hate about this weather is it's so changable. What's ok in the morning is ridulous in the afternoon! I don't care what the weather is like as long as it stays like that all day!
  • Hope your brother and his missus are alright Alex.

    Me today:
A Hawaiian sundress (eBay) (I am currently obsessed with Hawaiian prints - this dress is loads more than I would normally pay for something but I LOVE it)
Black elasticated clinch belt (free with a magazine years ago)

We're heading out for lunch today and so I can read this wind farm EIA somewhere away from the roadworks outside the flat, so may add a cardie or something. Oh and shoes! :)

  • Hope your brother and girlfriend sort it out Alex, have fun at the wedding.. i love weddings:j

Caroline, DOH, for getting soaked!! I loved your brooches btw, very pretty!

Wearing flared jeans (matalan, an age ago) tan wedges from new look via carboot, grey vest, m&s, animal print cardy via friend.

Just been to the dental surgeon with ds3, poor thing has to have 3 teeth out under a general, despite the fact that i am so embarrased by this ( i give in to easily to sweets) it is a major trauma for him due to his Learning disability, i really feel like i've let him down:(

Weather doesn't know what to do for a change!!

    catch ya all later

Sharon - try not to feel too bad, I know its hard DS2 has problems with his teeth, DS1 is 11 and has no fillings -nothing yet DS2 has 'brown spots'and one of his adult molars has come through not properly formed, yet they both eat the same and both brush their teeth the same in fact I still tend to brush DS2's due to this so his gets a better brushing, I think a lot of it is to do with genetics so try not to be so hard on yourself, though hope your little one is ok.

Been out to York for the day today with OH and DS's, outfit:
Blue straight leg jeans don't know the make £1via CS
    Grey vest £2 Tesco
Denim waistcoat 10p from Jumble sale
    Pewter gladiators £12 George

Got a couple of bits in the sale in Topshop, long grey jersey skirt which was £10 and a dark pinkshort sleeved jersey maxi dress for £7 - I'm very into my jersey maxis at the mo.

Very old pale bue bootcut jeans - New Look
    White T Shirt - George
Black jumper (it's freezing here!) - George

This rain is supposed to be with us for the weekend too :(

  • Aww thanks Lola, made me feel a bit better. I have to admit ds1 ds2 and dd all have 'perfect' teeth i just feel so sorry for him, his world needs to be kept simple, this just makes it complicated, i know he'll be fine, once i've constructed his social story he'll be okay!! It's just been all go lately with one thing and another!!!

Totally unrelated, but has anyone got a ruby and millie voucher from boots?? If so what did you use it towards??

I got one today and will do my usual and get some No 7 face wipes. I love them but I'm not paying upwards of £6 a packet so I wait till the vouchers are around. The nail varnishes are fab as well.
  • Alex, i have 4!! The boots on the retail had them all in a bin that people obviously didn't want, i emptied the bin :rotfl:

    Going to buy

    Ruby and millie i-writer (tmorrow)

    Ruby and millie pre-foundation (sat)

No 7 nail varnish in the black shade (sun)

    No 7 blusher (mon)

May even find more unwanted till spits:T

Are you all sorted for your wedding??

Oh I wish I had your luck!! I'd love to stock up on the face wipes but I never seem to get more than one voucher :(

Seem to be all sorted! We got down South safely and quickly enough and bro seems to have made up with his girlfriend so they're definitely coming now :)
  • If i can get you some, (as i plan on going everyday lol) i'll pop them into an envelope and post them to ya!!

Enjoy the wedding, look forward to the piccies!
