I'm wondering how much mine would be worth for rental Sal. Suspect I will have to find out soon.

Looks like the one year Masters at Newcastle could be a goer. Now have to sort out renting out the house for a year, my Career Development Loan and a part-time job. Have about 3 months money left - if renting of house doesn't line up with end of redundancy money I am wondering when I ring up my mortgage lender? I think I have to inform them if I am planning on renting out the house anyway.

You do. Mum & Dad rented theirs out (sold now) and the interest rate went up:(

the vet has just called, my cat's kidney levels are elevated, but her thyroid function is ok. So they are going to give her some anti b's incase it's toxiplasmosis as she also has high white blood count.

scaredy, I'm guessing toxoplasmosis is easier to treat than bad kidneys....as long as they get it early puss will be ok I hope. Am thinking of pusscat for you.
Happy birthday spud! Hope you get some fabby presents and have a brilliant day!
beanie, that's great news! Roll on December and hopefully you'll be completely debt free! Woohoo!

Ok, today has been lazy, but my rent has gone out (and yes, I am nearly 700 into my overdraft but I can get back out of that by September) and the bills are paid so I'm happy. Just anticipating a VERY tight month ahead.

i feel that is quite good, so far, claire. She's going in tomorrow to have her bp checked as well, so if that is ok, and she's just got anti b's for a week or 2 then that's fab, cos i was expecting her to perhaps need other meds permenantly.

Thanks Bun, elfen.... that's what i'm hope it is. I've not seen her have any more seizures and she's not woken me up during the night with one (she sleeps on my bed next to my head)
