I'm wondering how much mine would be worth for rental Sal. Suspect I will have to find out soon.

Looks like the one year Masters at Newcastle could be a goer. Now have to sort out renting out the house for a year, my Career Development Loan and a part-time job. Have about 3 months money left - if renting of house doesn't line up with end of redundancy money I am wondering when I ring up my mortgage lender? I think I have to inform them if I am planning on renting out the house anyway.

How big is your house Butti and where are you? The demand for rental here far outweighs what is available...you have to be like lightening to even get a viewing

bunny I'll have a look and get back to you, when are you placing the order? i've just had an email from them with further reductions too can i get those from you? or do i need to go via them for them?

gonna send ben up to the bank in a bit to sort the money out.

well upstairs is looking lovely :) i'm on my 2nd load of washing, got 2 full loads left, need to put some clothes away, and had a shouting match with both boys cause they didn't want to help, they wanted to play on the xbox.

just sat eating dinner and having a coffee then, i'm gonna hoover the living room and tidy dining room, and i'm fed up with the boys arguing now, they are doing my head in, all i have done this morning is shout.

Its a three bedroom (effectively 2 doubles and a study) on Teesside. Won't be as popular as Dorset but close to a university hospital and a university so should be able to get something.

Luc - Yes thanks, feeling much better today.

Sal - Hope the house viewing goes ok - rents here are high too and the LHA rates aren't in line so we have a big shortfall to find each month.

Had a lovely walk along the cliffs, saw some very freaky fog roll in on one side of the cliff whilst basking in the sun on the other side....I do love watching the changes in weather over land and sea. Took a flask of coffee and a book and sat for a couple of hours just enjoying the peace....well, until we got mobbed by seagulls.

Need to sit and redo the budgets as I forgot I need to pay for DD's bus passes by the 16th of July....anyone got £100 floating around they dont need? :D

Its stupid that the LHA rates are so wildly different from the actual cost of renting Pooky...I have the same problem here! Your morning on the cliffs sounds lovely, hows E's wheels are they still working all ok?

And if anyone does have that spare £100, i'll have a bit too...need to get school uniform for September while its on 3 for 2!
