I think a neg is harsh, if I read correctly the seller did offer a full refund right?
Ok so the seller has given you a little shoddy service, but i'm a sucker for not leaving a neg unless its absolutely blatient.0 -
I agree with cafenervosa that a neg seems harsh when the seller has offered to refund you in full PLUS return postage.
As you said yourself you probably can't return them as you have opened some of them and I assume you have already sold them on as you had to get 3 from another seller.
I agree that the seller should have contacted you beforehand so you could pull out of the sale but I also think that as the seller has offered the refund there is no more they can do.
Don't forget that if you neg them they can follow up the f/b they left you. They will most likely comment that a full refund was offered but not taken up.:heart2: Love isn't finding someone you can live with. It's finding someone you can't live without :heart2:0
