Freeview not working

I went out this afternoon to do some errands and came back about an hr and a half later to find my Freeview channels gone and TV on blue screen for that button (we have Freeview tuned in to a separate channel). The box appears to be working as I have done the uual pull the plug out and wait etc which usually resets it.…

Thanks again David for all your help. dont think there are any new stations in the last few months tho UK gold seems to appear now as an listed option we dont actually get it.Will tryagain later.
