I might have a balcony soon as well...chasing a house exchange north of me. Near the river (shame you need a £25 fishing permit to fish)...only down side is docs (could be a hassle) and I can't risk changing consultants as mine is fab....

Hope everyone is enjoying the sun :)

Mike get going on that decking and shift those moobs :D

    E

    Hope the move goes well.

    Docs?

    Consultants?

Changed my mind about the move.....bad area...could get more paranoid (and there's a girl who looks just like me who killed her kids about 5 years ago living in the area. could end up getting punched)

    So staying put...

I always thought you had moobs Mike :D

    You promised not mention them.

Doesn't matter really, we're the last two people on here. I can go back to my boring life now.

I can see a script for a film in there somewhere.

Hope you're out enjoying the sun, Mike? :)

There's nowt wrong with a boring life. Excitement piled on more excitement can get a bit wearing! Today done my ironing on the balcony, tomorrow chasing a load of men round a 5k track. That's quite enough excitement for two days.

Och sorry for the embarassment Mike :A

Excitement is bad for you butti... Men? What are they? I don't know what men are? The only thing I can see of the male variety are ratties

    Hi Folks.:j

Didn't realise new life had been blown into our lovely thread. I stopped checking months ago. Lovely to hear you all again. Mike sounds on top form. Most of us stick to facebook these days, where else could you keep up with Rodder's antics on video. :rotfl:

I even had Poos mate checking in this week. She sounds very down. I wonder who lives closest to her?

Mike - my conservatory has roof blinds but they were expensive. My neighbours however have bamboo roller blinds on the outside and they seem to do a great job. Pull the string to roll them back up again. You could always stick a few bags of compost on the roof and make a veggie patch!!! Very eco:rotfl:

Hope you are all enjoying the sun, more soon.

Hi Miggs, Psycho, Merry et. al.

Sorry Poo's not feeling good. Also anyone else who's struggling. This "gorgeous" weather isn't gorgeous at all! I wish the weatherman would stop saying it's nice. I had to buy the biggest luck-off fan I could and am trying to position it where it will cool the 'plastic thing' down enough to sit in there.

Happy hols, Psycho. Send us pictures?

Nice idea about composting the roof, but if it rains it's going to play Old Harry with me guttering... The garden is nearly there (photos will be available at the usual price) and I think I might have green fingers. Like Kermit.
