I have a bit of good news. Remember a few months ago I posted about putting my back garden on the landshare site for someone to come and use as a vegetable garden? Well, I didn't get much success with it after a few contacts that I didn't feel were quite right for the job. So I posted a letter through my local Councillor's door (she lives in my street) asking her if she'd forward my details to anyone should they have any queries about allotments. She did one better than that, she and her husband are going to take on my garden! Yay result! I am very pleased about this and am looking forward to working with her.

Anyway, keep busy everyone and stay happy.

I've been on a lapt-top ban in the evenings to try and get me to bed at a sensible time, but that totally obliterated my MSE time.

Which isn't good for me or my bank balance! Things are still a bit busy for my liking but hoping I can pop on more regularly than I have been!

Poo, I do hope you didn't sleep through the fantastic Mr Webber today. I do love that man! And Red Bull.

Commiserations on the laptop ban - it may be very sensible but it's an extreme measure, I hope the extra sleep has compensated for it.
Perhaps you might allow yourself a Friday or Saturday if you don't have to be up early next day?

Hya all, thought I would have loads to catch up on, so quite surprised.

VERY busy at work last week (I hate end-of-academic-year!!)...now all is calm, both at work and home....pheeeuuuuw (sp?)!!

Hope you had a nice tea Mike, anything exciting?

Been busy making jam all day. 14 jars looking lovely and rosy...with loads more to get done later on in the week/month. It will soon be chutney time too....can you guess what everyone is getting for Xmas???!!! Thank goodness for my jar-hoarding tendancies :D
