    That's it. I'm writing to my MP. I want to know why they don't rotate the UK on a regular basis. We should all be allowed an equal share of the sunshine!

    Best idea I've heard for a long time - ever thought of going into politics?

    Didn't they try something like this on the Time Machine. As I remember it ended with the Warlocks!

    Please leave the rotation of the earth to the guy with the beard behind the gates. Yes that's right - Alan Sugar, or is it Bill Oddie?

    You're welcome, as long as we get the nice call-centre accents, the Doodle and the butter tablet.*

    Might want to warn the French though.

    * Is butter tablet Scottish?

    Miggy - did you see Panorama tonight? I can't sleep I'm so shocked by it. I cried most of the way through it. :(

    Is this 'Undercover Care'? I missed it. Is it along the lines of the Cornwall report and so forth?
    Just googled it... unbelieveable. How does this still happen when in other settings people are supported to have a valued quality of life? Brings to mind the Milgram experiment... conformity...

    Not sure I can bear to watch the programme but perhaps I ought to. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.

    Miggy, it is absolutely harrowing viewing, and yes along the lines of those reports. Those workers were bullies and were torturing the vulnerable people they worked with. I never slept after watching it and it's still in my mind - and is likely to be for a long time. :(

    Mike, yup, tablet is Scottish. Who else would be so unhealthy!? :p
