Hi everyone
I've come to a big decision...going to put the flat on the market!! Going to get a few estate agents round within the next week or two and get the place up for sale. After that OH and I are going to rent for the first couple of years while we pay off the rest of our debts and build up a big-ish deposit, not to mention decide where we want to settle down! Think it'll be a lot better all round and feeling a lot more positive about things.
Today I've also:
- taken leftovers for lunch
- put coins in the jar
- tidied round
- decided not to go out for dinner tonight with old work mates
- sorted my outfit for ascot - half price dress, cardi I already had, sister's fascinator on loan and quite cheap but v pretty shoes
- write out some wedding invites and sort the ones that can be hand-delivered to minimise 'spensive 'large letter' postage!
Littlekel! Geocaching sounds just fab! I love that sort of thing. Going to google it now!
Determined new ms - 22 days is nowt! Will be gone before you know it! Good on you for getting it cleared chickadee! :beer:0 -

Just got back from a long weekend away - not very MSE
But we don't really 'do' holidays as a rule (strange I know, but would rather just be at home, megastress jobs)
But, since I have been back I have:
HC on for line drying (hopefully) tomorrow
Seen to plants and animals - picked tomatoes, raspberries and mangetoutDD2 looked after everything while we were away, but obviously didn't eat much HG produce
HM supper from stores (obviously, see above)
Found a recipe in one of the second hand cookery books I bought whilst away for an Indian fish curry that I fancy trying tomorrow :j
Put odd £1 coins left over from trip away into separate purse for the dreaded station car park for work - if you have the right coins, it is £1.50 cheaper per day  Oh the joys of living in a rural area - but it is so lovely in the summer, I shouldn't complainBUT I jolly well do in the winter - all that yucky mud :rotfl:
Nice to see new posters on board :j
Have a nice evening everybody :j0 -
Just a few teeny things to add....
- Found 40p in class after kids had gone
- Made packed lunches for tomorrow
- Cleaned bathroom
