Back to the original question, yes bring it to the retailers attention you might get the second item for the lower price. However, it's entirely up to them - they don't have to in any way. They could have five identical items and five different prices. It's perfectly valid and legal.0

If it was 6 sizes bigger, would you have bought it?
Again, probably not.
