Well that means the router is still on, it hasn't rebooted or anything, so your line is probably losing sync.
O2 (assuming it's LLU you're on) are a fantastic ISP, I'd really persevere with their support line. You'll always get some who don't have a clue/don't care. If you're not on LLU then you could do better, but their LLU service is among the UK's best.They say it's genetic, they say he can't help it, they say you can catch it - but sometimes you're born with it0 -

Just an update on this, 02 finally sent a new router and it's been fine ever since. Thanks for all your input.I must stop procrastinating, I must stop procrastinating! promise I'll stop tomorrow OK:D
