There's nothing trivial about driving without mot and therefore insurance, It's likely it wouldn't have one because it won't pass and is UNSAFE. ( unless , as others mention, mot ran out after being driven for last time), So don' pretend it's petty to report this offenceBrooker_Dave wrote: »Would anyone be that small minded or petty?0 -

two points...
Firstly, no MOT does NOT, I repeat NOT invalidate your insurance. This little piece of misinformation has been doing the rounds for some time. Its very very very rare that there is a condition in any insurance policy to state that.
Second point. Your MOT is a snapshot of the road worthiness of your car on the day it was tested. You can't state how likely it is to pass or fail from looking at a photograph.0 -
Well I have just emailed the details of this listing to a friend of mine who is a policeman and he did not think it was a petty matter driving around with no MOT or road tax.
And just for the record driving without road tax or an MOT on a car is illegal and if you are driving illegally your car insurance is invalidated because of this it has nothing to do with the condition of the car.0 -

What a loser! You do know that unless he is caught driving the vehicle, no crime has been committed? Do you believe everything you read on the internet?
I murdered someone yesterday BTW. Quick, better e-mail your copper mate and tell him!0 -
