Asked me to send a picture of my broken glass(which on further inspection looks like it was due to a fault).I really can't be bothered to try to upload a picture of a glass- I'll keep what I've got and will not use secret sales again.The delivery took over a month and to insist on proof of a broken glass seems petty to me so I will pass next time.However thanks anyway to OP as those people who got an intact set prob got a good deal.

I still haven't received my glasses but got jewellery item this morning so still holding out hope.

Today I received my FOC replacement set as promised. The set was fine, no smashes or cracks.

So fairly happy now, but won't be using secret sales again.

I started to unpack my glasses and found two scratches on the neck of the decanter. Didn't even unpack glasses but contacted secret sales and told them that after long wait etc this was totally unacceptable and when were they going to collect their faulty goods as I wasn't paying to return them?
Got an email saying that all £s would be refunded and don't bother returning.
Actually they made a payment rather than a refund so I had to pay commission to Paypal, but on the whole worth it to be shot of this company.
