    Just had mine delivered, box appeared ok but on opening one glass is broken :(

    Got mine today - all OK, despite the delivery guy dropping the carton marked 'fragile' on the ground right there infront of me!

    Delivery company was Home Delivery Network (just checked my other email and I received a 'dispatched' email Friday lunchtime).

    Yes glasses are lovely and they make that nice crystal eeeeeeeee sound when you run a wet finger around the rim ;)

    Pack just contained the Royal Doulton stuff, no signs yet of the "make it up to £20" stuff (which I'm actually more interested in)

    You had to make your order up to £20 to use the code.

    I ordered a £3 packet of cocktail umbrellas which were dispatched before the glass set which I have yet to recieve

    I have recieved my £3 make it up to £20 ring but not the glasses which I actually wanted as a new home gift for my best friend who moved into her house on July 23rd! Have many other people just received part of their order?

    Ordered 2 sets of glasses which have just been delivered. One set has 1 glass chipped and the other set has 1 glass totally broken - not happy after waiting all this time to have them delivered! On hold to customer services as we speak :mad:

    I have been told that as I have waited so long for the set that they will replace free of charge if I can supply a photo of the broken glass by email. They will however need to check with the warehouse to see if they have stock (what's betting they don't!)

    Received mine today and was a little disappointed. Several of the glasses wobble! And before anyone asks, no I have not used them yet!!!:rotfl:
