Lol I have a mate who works there. I did apply, last month and got offered a card but !!!!!! limit. I then reapplied for different and got declined so rung - they would not discuss it in line with DPA (their words)! I then asked to be put thru to (my mate) and they refused. I explained he was head of underwriting and she said they are not allowed to put people through when declined outright.

She said that was an instruction from underwriting. She then said as it was a mate, to text him!!!!

OK well inconsistent experiences. Goes to show how experiences differ depending who you get through to.
