Big difference between us, I've spent many many years in industrial fraud, specifically financial fraud and have dealt with many banks and their systems. In order to safely adjudge and interrogate their systems I need certain details.... Point is read my posts. The proof of my knowledge is there for all to see.
I don't work to "I was told this by mr x" I work on facts, an opinion means !!!!!! when you're talking about banks - they use facts to lend and my whole point is the info is incorrect. I started the thread - I didn't expect people to finish it with errors.
I don't have any reason to mislead people... I'm proven to be honourable in what I do. Nuff said.
OK matey PM me your postal address and I'll ship you over my de-personalised credit report for you to peruse.

All overdrafts are capped at £5k mate online. So don't be fooled lol it's not a pre-auth amount
For larger amounts u must ring or go in branch as they try and sell u a flexible loan at that point.
Ohhh I thought it was like a guaranteed amount I'd get. I was just about to type £5k in the box and apply. We’ve had to remove your signature. Please check the Forum Rules if you’re unsure why it’s been removed and, if still unsure, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

Aren't the Halifax one of those who charge £1 per day?0 -

And all because they had the audacity to relay incorrect information given to them from the banks - with the disclaimer that it was just what they were told. Or is there something I'm missing?
You're missing the facts. Too many inconsistencies. The guy said in a previous post he was trying to replace me. Lol. !!!!!!??!!
I'm not here to argue, I just like facts. Outs funny, tell you what apply for something and if declined then ring and TRY and get thru to an underwriter - that's my first challenge. The second, ask them why u were declined.
I bet you they say they don't disclose such info, u failed score - get ur credit file. I guarantee you they will NEVER say "we've changed acceptance criteria". Lol sorry but that infuriates me CIA he thinks we're stoopid.2010 - year of the troll

Your credit file doesn't prove anything mate. I'm disputing what you claim about sygma... Not you. Hey I'll put my hands up - you may have that size o/d but that's nowt to be proud of. Being so heavily o/d will scupper any credit increases u want. You'd have been better leaving your bank in credit with a debit on credit card.
Also, with respect to the o/d - have u considered the option if lloyds do rescind the o/d! Then you'd be fooked financially as it'd wipe your wage....2010 - year of the troll

Well I'll just have to take your word for it then - I've read a lot of this and I can't say I've noticed that many inconsistencies - just a long drawn out argument over a couple of points.
So what? You disappeared, he obviously thought you were helpful and wanted to do the same.
If you're not here to argue you're going about it a funny way. I'm pretty sure a young child would be able to point out that accusing someone of lying with no proof several times in quick succession will result in an argument.
I'm not here to argue either, so I'm going to stop now - my opinion on the matter is pretty obvious.0 -

OK. Well YOU apply for a creation card after having applied for too many other EQ search products or whatever, something that causes you to be declined, and call them yourself asking why and whether they've tightend up.
Claiming that I'm a liar without trying for yourself and actually finding out what Creation's underwriters are like is somewhat hypocritical.
Their underwriter did in fact, when pressured, look through my credit file and state that there was nothing defamatory or obvious on there and suggested I reapply in 3-6 months and if it's referred she'll happily look at it for me. She even gave me her name. Tracey Checkets.
Call them and ask if they have an underwriter by that name after applying. You'll seeCashback Earned ¦ Nectar Points £68 ¦ Natoinwide Select £62 ¦ Aqua Reward £100 ¦ Amex Platinum £48
