Hey has anyone logged a call / complaint with Creation regarding the way that their online account servicing no longer covers up any of your security answers with asterisks like it should?

Anyone looking over my shoulder etc whilst logging in would be able to read all of my login details straight of the screen.

I've never seen such a horrendous security flaw in all my life and I think y'all should log a complaint about it

If you are that worried why not do your Internet banking from the comfort and safety of your own home.

Yesterday you stated you earned £21k but today you've miraculously managed to clear over £2k of debt - how so? You wouldn't bring that wage home!!

My wife works as a senior manager for the council and for your "job" you'd not be on £21k - you'll be a Scale 4 or 5 at most. Then it goes to SO scales then PO scales.... point is your math doesn't add up nor does the salary for the job mate.

exactly what ive always said - haha. Point is they are not harsh scorers..... i.e. he was maxed out = extremely high risk.

My point here is that he says they increased criteria cos HE was refused - really? How strange.....

Need I bring up the recent Lloyds fiasco where we thought he'd have learned to listen to us THAT DO KNOW as apposed to staff that say what you want to hear! lol :D

Nah, tbf, his overdraft is £2000 odd, he also has a letter saying it's 0% or something (Lloyds error)
