its another 6month BT card for me and thats what i wanted

just to get the record straight. i applied for a sygma card in april and got declined. i then applied this week and got the 7-10 message.

what should i do?

They haven't asked you to ring, so ringing won't improve your chances - it might just help you find out that little bit sooner.
