I applied last Friday afternoon and it was referred.

I applied last Monday over the internet got the standard we will be in touch 7 -10 days and as I said received an e-mail today

Ah, thanks for that. I'll give them sometime then because it's been a week. If I haven't heard anything by Friday I'll ring them again.

Yeah i applied last monday for the my world card,i keep ringing them up but they keep telling me i will hear something soon throught the post..

Yeah sutton i have been bugging them everyday,depends who you get on the phone,it seems like when you tell them you have made an application they seem to get peed off and try and tell you that you have to wait 7-14 days for a decision,which will come through the post..

Yeah about 3 hours ago give them my reference,and she said the same old doddle that they have said all week wait until you receive post through your door..

As i said to you guys before ASK to speak to an underwriter and an underwriter only.

CSAs are useless and will just speel out drivil to you.

And if they say they'll speak to the underwriter for you, you then you NEED to SAY that YOU NEED and ONLY YOU can to speak to them as its useless and pointless in the CSA doing so.

Thats how it was with me. I basically had to force the CSA to transfer me to the underwriters

Sutton then phoned them up again,they said you should of received your card by now,so i said so have i been accepted they said yes you have sir,i then replied what is my credit limit and apr please,he then replied 24.9% £750 limit,i then replied you have just wasted your time sending that card out mate,he said why,i replied that is going straight in the bin when it arrive on my door step,can i cancel that right away please,so got my hopes up for a nice limit what did i get stupid limit & apr..
