Just looking to get a start tbh and go from there as everywhere else is really 25% and i bank with A+L so thought might be easier to get a mortgage with them aswell0 -

It seems like a tempt you offer but for me its not tempting enough.0 -
I reckon that you should be able to get a better deal than that.

Was having a think today and i might leave buying a house until about xmas time etc give myself a wee bit more time to save a bigger deposit i think. Cause also once i buy a house i have to full kit out every room so that wont be cheap either0 -
You can actually try to negotiate with them then? I always thought it was take it or leave it based on your credit file... I will have an interesting time in a few years then, I'd negotiate a McDonalds down if I could! (Most we can do is try and get 2 freebies thrown in with our Student Card rather than 1!)
Stupid fire alarm woke up the entire halls, well the few of us that were here.... this evacuation was rather funny compared to other ones! Now I'm up until about 4/5am Friday morning.... my intention was to pack last night and wake up well late today... would've slept earlier and packed this morning if I knew I was going to be up before 7!!
So no more MSE from me for a few weeks, hopefully by the time I get back Seeya & NID are back with us!0 -
