Did you sign up to it sometime ago when you had to wait longer before opening a NPB? as it is now just 4 days, I suppose as that's when you can manually open them.0 -
Quick update on this. . .
The buyer revised the feedback rating to neutral but kept comment the same. I haven't decided whether I'll reply to it yet.
I wouldn't go as far as to say it's a result but it is an improvement.0 -
A neutral doesn't really mean anything, if they've revised I would just leave it but not leave feedback for them.0
