thats awful - hope you sort it out and the seller gets what he or she deserves..0

If you've not already sent it back, don't send it in just a normal envelope as chances are he wont sign for it (he will be expecting it as he will know about the dispute) - A4 jiffy bag it or even stick it in a cardboard box or something - if he sees just a plain envelope he will know what it is and I believe that you have to prove the item has been delivered not just sent (hence they need to be able to track it). x0

Attempted delivery is enough now, so even if the seller sends back the parcel it still shows on tracking as refused delivery and thats good enough for Paypal these days

Thanks for clarifying - I can't keep up with the changes all the time!!- Much better system for buyers then as I know a few people were being caught out by item being refused.0 -
