Results after 24 Hours looking like most expect drops or stagnation. I think sentiment has changed the last 2 months. Lets see if it changes much over the next week
As we do with any statistic, can we look into the data being presented.
A selection of 54 is not a great poll and how many of them are aliases
Don't try to take something so small and infer it to such a wider audience.
It would only take a second to come up with a counter argument.:wall:

Prices seem quite flat where I live, there are a lot of new builds going up at the moment it will be interesting to see if these sell?, the asking prices are similar to 2007 prices!
Most of the other properties for sale seem to be down about 15% on the asking prices of a few years ago.
Forget about asking prices, what are selling prices doing compared to a year ago?
My VI area has pretty much stagnated in the last 3 years.:wall:

How many aliases have I got then?
Its early days yet. Its not my fault you don't like the trend. The poll is open till the 21st of December so that should give plenty of time to widen the survey base.:exclamatiScams - Shared Equity, Shared Ownership, Newbuy, Firstbuy and Help to Buy.

i hope that you don't mind but i've let the guys on HPC.co.uk know about the poll - i thought that it would be good to get some unbiased votes in this poll.
Can you give a link to your HPC link please.
Since the start of the poll lots more evidence has shown further price downturns.:exclamatiScams - Shared Equity, Shared Ownership, Newbuy, Firstbuy and Help to Buy.
