Poll: House Price Prediction for Xmas 2010

Hi guys

As usual we are continuing the battle of the bulls and bears on house prices. Some are predicting the double dip in housing has started others that we have stagnation and some rises in prices.

Just thought it would be good to see member sentiment for prices this Christmas compaired with last Christmas (year on year).

Will post Halifax, Nationwide, Right Move and Land Registry for this one.

Should have a good indication the way things are going by then.

Was tempted that and 70% down. However you can press Other for that option Mr Light. :rotfl:

My prediction remains unchanged. The year will end up in a range of +3% to +7%. So I've picked +5% in the poll.

i was going to vote but the options available are totally unrealistic so im boycotting it. if there'd been a -30% option i definitely would have voted.
actually i might start my own poll with more realistic options, -20%, -30%, -40% , etc.

Strange that someone apparently doesn't know the district they live in.

Admit it, you wish prices were falling in your area but it's just not true is it.
