Hi guys
As usual we are continuing the battle of the bulls and bears on house prices. Some are predicting the double dip in housing has started others that we have stagnation and some rises in prices.
Just thought it would be good to see member sentiment for prices this Christmas compaired with last Christmas (year on year).:xmastree: :snow_laug :xmassign: :santa2: :xmassmile :xmastree:
my guess is 5% down, but maybe I'm pushing it a bit: at 1123pm on a saturday night and after a fluid and pleasant evening with OH I'm !!!!!!ed if I can rationalize anything.0 -

Strange that someone apparently doesn't know the district they live in.
Admit it, you wish prices were falling in your area but it's just not true is it.0 -

I'm sorry you don;t like the facts and are now saying your not from that area
How about the wider area West Midlands then?
I see you've tried deleting your post saying you were from there, but unfortunately it stays in the posts of those that have quoted youIveSeenTheLight wrote: »
Ah well, carolt is from somewhere around London.
I thought there was a place where "round my way prices were dropping" and a fear of internet stalking from revealing the general area you were from.

I hope not, his picture in post 14 is now working.
If his credability keeps going downhill then that means the inverse of his picture is likely to happen.
Or is it a double bluff:wall:
