The trouble with anxiety is you end up worrying whether it is 'normal' anxiety or part of a condition and I still find it very hard to tell which of my worries are normal and which are not.

Where I work have an on site GP off to see him on Wensday.

I have suffered from it on and off for a few years, think it's linked to my depression. Its not too bad atm, it use to cause me to have kind of mini panic attacks.

Judi - You can put any picture or image in as an Avatar, as long as it is small enough. Just go through your private messages bit and there is a link on the side for adding an avatar.

I have depression too, along with paranoia and psychosis which cause panic attacks, it is no fun.

I have been trying to come off my medication for the last 6 weeks, but it is not really working, so am going back on them next week.
