any andriod or windows based phone should entitle you to free internet booster AND another booster of your choice. No matter where you purchase the phone.

If you got 3GB allowance from a indirect t-mobile store, you are luckly. You should only get 1GB a month from an indirect store. Only direct t-mobile stores hand out 3GB as it is a promotion. As I said, lucky.

It's my problem, it's my problem
If I feel the need to hide
And it's my problem if I have no friends
And feel I want to die

Nonsense. I phoned T-Mobile on this and they changed it over no problems and the guy admitted that places like the Carphone Warehouse aren't setting them up properly, and that all Android phones should be on Web and Walk plus. Loads of people have had it changed- just seems like mis-information abounds from T-Mobile on the subject- primarily from the 'Twitter' team.

what i said is policy i.e. is what the agents should be doing, whether people get something else is to the discretion of the agents.

t-mobile wants as much direct business as possible (so they dont pay as much commission to third parties like P4U), so they attract customers by giving them 3GB rather than 1GB. 1GB is normal. 3GB is the promotion for direct customers only. I am not surprised many are getting 3GB anyway, it is just the way it is...

but i know that is what was intended when the promotion started and t-mobile were told about the offer. It says in the small print of the offer, that this is a direct offer only. The staff should know this. However like half the deals on here, it can be because the company itself is unaware of all this going on, so consider yourself lucky. However I know this is the original intention of the promotion, so don't dispute it with me, just count yourself lucky. You prolly got a cashback offer (which t-mobile never do), plus the direct off of 3gb/month.

T-Mobile should put that on their website and tell their agents then. Since I log into my account and I have a link which directly states that 'Android and always on internet phones come with 3GB allowance'. Nothing about buying from T-Mobile themselves.

There's nothing here to say it is only for customers who buy directly from T Mobile.

    http://www.t-mobile.co.uk/services/uk/fairuse/#fup2

I can understand why T Mobile might want to do it to encourage peopel to buy directly form them. But if that's what they're going to do they should publicise the fact.
