Who do you write to at Sky when the situation is madness?

I'm trying to keep this short but if anyone knows of a name, or position I should write to it would be appreciated.
Currently have sky box £29 p/m
Have Virgin for Phone, BB & another tv box £30 p/m
Asked sky for the best deal for getting all services from them.
Long story short is that they have offered a monthly cost which is the same (approx £60 total for phone, bb and sky multiroom), BUT they want to charge £39 to install another phone line & £30 for another box (reduced from their first offer of £118 for the box).
We have not agreed this because I don't want to have to effectively pay sky to transfer the phone, bb and multiroom to them, particularly as we've been a sky customer for so many years already and think loyalty must count for something! (Sky werent offering b/b when we first got it at our old house hence going with virgin).
My query to Sky is this: I want to give you all my business - ie £720 per year in total. I'm not asking you to reduce the monthly charges to me, I am simply asking you not to charge me (ie the £69 for phone line and box) for the privilige of me bringing all the business to you.
I've spoken to Skytalk dept and cancellations dept. They've both agreed that what I'm asking makes sense, but their hands are tied as Sky is a business and that's how they work (citing cost of engineers time and emphasising the 'great deal' I would be getting by paying only £69).
I would like to write to 'someone' and say 'this is madness'. I want to get all our services from you...I want to pay you £720 a year...but I don't want you to charge me £69 for the privilige...and do you realise this is what is happening in your business...??
Who do I send it to? :undecided
Thank you!

1-You already have a subsidised Sky box which is why Sky are charging you for the second, you only get 1 per household. They have already offered to discount it from £118 to £30 which is a perfectly acceptable offer imho.
2-You cannot have ADSL broadband (Sky/BT/O2 ect) on a Virgin Cable phone line,it's a physical impossibility as the two systems (ADSL & Cable) work entirely differently therefore you CANNOT transfer the phonelines accross from VM to Sky,hence the install charge for a new BT line.BT Openreach would charge Sky more than this £39 anyway.
The one off fees of £69 are reasonable imho. The are loads of people doing the same thing every day with no complaints.0 -
Thank you for your comment but I am looking for assistance with my query. I appreciate it the offer they are making but that is not what I am asking for help on.0
-
So in other words you dont want to pay the one off charge of £69 in order to move services from one provider to another? Charges that are levied on Sky by BT in order to get your phone & broadband from Sky plus the greatly reduced cost for the second Sky box.
Charges that many people moving from one service provider to another pay.Do you expect (well, obviously you do) Sky just to give you something for nothing? To just give away services & goods for free? You've gotten a good offer from Sky & you're just being greedy.0 -
I'm sorry, I dont want to get into any kind of name calling with you but I am appalled at your comment that "I'm thinking you're about to have your VM services cut off for arrears & want to 'jump ship' for free." and that my resulting feeling is that I have to defend myself by stating that is not the case at all and I am horrified by your assertion! (Note this quote was removed from your posting after I posted my comment...I dont want anyone reading to think I made it up.)
This is my first time of using this forum and think that comment was absolutely unnecessary. I came on the forum to ask a question, not to discuss the merits of the offer made and had hoped for a response to the direct question asked. Please could I politely ask that you do not post further replies to my query.0 -
And I answered your question in my posts above.£69 to move the services is cheap compared to what others charge, obviously you dont think so & expect to get it for nothing.
Greed,aint it wonderful!0 -
Please could I restate my original question for clarification
if anyone knows of a name, or position I should write to it would be appreciated
Please could I ask spike 7451 not to comment further.0 -
You are not going to get anything other than what you have been offered.
Another principle of business for sky is they don't continue to offer & reduce.
Right or wrong, that is the way they work. Not Again0 -
I think its a good offer considering the cost that sky will get from BT, I wouldn't call you greedy though. Maybe unreasonable. You seem to want a lot and not pay for it, I can understand there take it or leave it attitude in this instance0
