Anyone manage to open it to get the battery in ??!!
Prize it open starting at the tiny gap at the bottom.
Run your thumb nail along each side and it will pop open
Takes a bit of courage - but it only cost a fiver!

I put a new Tesco sim into this O2 phone (as several people said Tesco sims work on the O2 network), and it just says "Unregistered Sim". Is there a way to make it registered, or does that mean it just won't work in this phone with a Tesco sim?

Are we obliged to register or top up this phone with in a certain time period or can we just keep it unopened for a while until we need it? I remember another cheap mobile offer that said if you didn't make a call within the first 30 days then they would charge your credit card an extra £30 for not complying with the terms and conditions.

I believe you can keep it for as long as you like. Phone companies (Especially O2) rarely do this now a days.

BTW, my TCB has tracked at £3.50 and the phone got delivered yesterday. :)

I sure hope they don't, as I put a Tesco sim in it and won't be making a call on the original sim at all!
  • Good little phone (when you can get the back off!) for the basics, even has sudoku already installed. I was a bit concerned as mine came with the security seal broken but it seems fine :) The controls are a bit odd to start with but easy to get the hang of. ... Although it's white, I thought it would be silver. Very good for £5, amazing if the £3.50 quidco pays.
  • I've just been on the site and it's coming up at £10!!
We finally did it! Debt free 28/6/10 :T  :T

I think that particular offer has ended, but it's still not bad for £10
