This is starting to bug me now.

Just checked DHL tracking has gone from unable to locate to Consignee not reachable!!!!!!!!!

How do you get on to the live chat with O2 the only thing i could see was Where you have to have broadband with them.

I was able to track mine yesterday, then it was as if the consignment/ident number didn't exist today. Then it turned up. Hope yours arrives today.

I dont think it will somehow.I emailed DHL yesterday and today got no response, just got an email saying that the contract is not with DHL it is with Home Deliveries who are no longer part of the DHL Group and to email somewhere else which I did.

I am going to give up now I think. I am fed up with checking the tracking

Mine was also supposed to be delivered today. Bit annoying to wait in and not arrive but expect it will turn up at some point?:(

It's a screen that pops up when you go on the o2 shopping page.

I ordered mine on 27th June 2010, the O2 website shows Order status: In Progress, Anyone else have this?

I ordered mine on 28th June and still haven't received a confirmation email. Phoned O2 this afternoon and was first told they were out of stock (showing as very much in stock on their website - but at full price) but when I pushed they said it was expected back in stock today so should be delivered tomorrow or Friday. Asked for an email confirmation and STILL haven't been sent one!! It seemed like he could see my order though as he offered to refund me.

Just tried to find how to speak to an advisor through live chat but just getting "Lucy the virtual advisor" and she's no help at all :mad:
