Same here!
I checked the status of the order on the O2 website and it says "Dispatched 29/6/2010" - so O2 didn't post it on time.
I followed the tracking and mine has arrived at Exeter at 6:14 am today

I am. I ordered it for yesterday, but it was shipped yesterday. I could track it for a bit yesterday, but now it says "no information available" :think:

Still waiting for mine as well tracking says unable to locate whatever that means!! i have emailed 02 and they have told me to contact DHL I have emailed them but have not heard back yet.

I think one of the problems is that DHL put these deliveries out to Home Delivery which is different to their usual deliveries.I have experienced deliveries from Home Delivery before and they can be a bit hit and miss at times.If I dont get a reply from DHL today I will not be very happy as I emailed them yesterday morning and again at the end of the day.It is frustrating as someone has been at home but wont be for the rest of the week.It is a shame when this happens as then it no longer seems such a bargain anymore.

I got a text last night saying it was coming today, even though it was supposed to come yesterday and I waited all day. I haven't ever been able to get the tracking to work. I'll be glad when it's here, and I'll make a note never to order from O2 again, lol.

Anyone successfully put a Tesco sim in theirs? As people have said Tesco is on the O2 network and that should work?

Mine should have been delivered today. As I couldn't track it on their site, I had a 'live chat' with one of their advisors. It would appear that they were out of stock but have now re-stocked and that the phone should be with me in a few (three to five working) days! As they couldn't actually advise when it would be delivered, I cancelled the order. It's frustrating having to wait in for a delivery that o2 know is not going to come. Suggest that anyone else who is waiting in contacts o2 via the 'live chat' window and asks about their order.

Got mine! It's white (which doesn't really look great) and the number keys seem fiddly. Had meant this as a basic replacement phone for one that loses battery life too quickly, but upon seeing it we may just use it as a backup.
