Did you get a text telling you what time it was coming? When I ordered they asked for a mobile number in order to text me regarding the order, not sure what they meant. I know it's coming tomorrow, but it would be great if they gave me a small window to watch out for it.0 -

Hiya I never got a text or an email I logged into my account on the o2 website and went onto track my order and the info was there regarding my order. It was DHL that delivered it this morning, hope that helps x0 -

Its still sitting in the box I han't had a chance to open it all I know its sim free but it does have the o2 symbol on the actual phone, I know with my own phone its O2 but Tesco sims work in it without getting it unlocked. xx0 -
I can't proceed without choosing a top up - I don't want one as it's a replacement phone for my Dad. Help anyone to buy one without a top up?0

Choose a top-up and when you go to checkout, it doesn't charge you. You will see the total they are charging you before you finalize checkout, and it's only 5 quid. I think the "top up" part is determining what rate option they will include on the sim they send in the phone, but you don't have to actually top it up when you buy the phone.0 -

I've asked about this elsewhere, and it seems likely that the phone is locked BUT that you can use Tesco sims on it because Tesco uses the O2 network (as someone else mentioned).0 -
