JSA Mortgage Payments Confused!

I agree with dmg24, I would ask them about the missing weeks explaining what has happened but I wouldn't hold my breath, however, you never know!
If it makes you feel any better I had to wait 39 weeks - as it was then! Sorry, that doesn't help I know.
Give then a ring on Monday and ask them - you've nothing to lose, you can also ask them when will they make the first payment to your lender so that you can contact them to make sure they have received it and sort out your direct debit. If your mortgage interest payments cover your monthly payments you need to tell them to cease taking your direct debit otherwise they will still take it!0 -
Heres what happened to me....
"we are taking interest payments out of your benefit to go to your mortgage"
that means the £70 award in mortgage payment has taken my benefit down to £0.
after very long arguements with the dss they said it was right and the good news is you get 10p a week!
its not a benefit its a more convenient way to pay your mortgage lender:(0 -
