What about packing a microfibre blanket in your hand luggage? Very little weight, but warm enough to wrap round if ya get a bit chilly.

What about combat trousers Lou - they are not so restrictive as jeans but cover your legs more than cropped trousers?

Lou - how about wide legged trousers/palazzo pants, strappy top and a bolero style cardigan? I'm not a fan of trainers (can't stand anything clumpy) but how about ballerina pumps or a 'trainer' with a thin soul? NEXT have loads of pumps, ballet shoes, thin soul sport style shoes etc.

Louise J - I agree with BB - take some slip on shoes. Also take a pashmina to cover any chilly areas. What about carrying a pair of knee lenght socks to wear on the plane if your trousers are short?

    SRM - looks fantastic. 'grats.

H&M H&M H&M....they have a sale and have some comfy shooooooes going cheap-ish which might suit. I got a pair and paid 3 quid....they've got elastic so the sides move, good for the skinny bigfoot (i.e. ME)

Am back, watched part of the footy last night, had takeaway and went to bed early. This morning I went to watch Karate Kid (SeeFilmFirst send me press codes cos I review for 'em now) so I've just wrtitten my review in a shiny new blog, the other one wouldn't work on my Mac.....
Also went shopping in Aaaaaaldi and spent just under 20 so well chuffed, and now have lots of yummy food! Also, the different colour ice lollies (Fruit Pastille lolly rip of) think it's 99p for 8 and they're 34 calories each :D
