was just looking on ebay emerald beads are quite reasonable, I think i might see if i can make a few birthstone sets up, or just start with crystal earrings?

how about 1 set for each month for display/sale at your next fair? I would stick with the traditional set of stones to start off with, unless you fancy going down the mystical/wicca route for jewellery which has a big following.

for me, the fashion at the moment seems to be a lot of silver. I'm not exactly a fashionista though :rotfl:

Doesn't have to be birthstones, but some kind of theme might be useful. Birthstones would appeal to everyone as everyone has a birthstone, it's just the different styles needed then in each colour range.
