You can quite easily use 1000 litres of water and not realise , leaving the tap on when brushing your teeth for example uses alot of water0

Well he had used 9 units in 7 weeks, but is happy as he had a bill showing a credit of £40, a credit of the whole of the bill we disputed, and £9.76 off his bill from January:) so has gone from owing 160 quid to credit of 46 quid:)
They also sent a newpayment plan, and hes also happy to be paying 12 a month instead of 32 they wanted in August, even though I pointed out he was already in credit and would be overpaid by Januarys bill he wants to carry on paying the 12 (I shall make sure I check it for him in January!)

hoping poorbabe got her meter read, and anyone else reading this, its well worth fighting cobwebs in meters and taking water company on, go for it! And ask any elderly or infirm relatives friends if they want their meter read!0
