Shoes too small

Unfortunately with PP disputes the position is not always based upon fact.
I see two options.
Let her return the shoes, issue a refund. Re-sell them.
Don't let her return. Worse case scenario, she opens a dispute, negs you and gets a refund, including the outward postage. Worse still she could return the shoes, having sabotaged them.
With SNAD. Generally the only requirement is for the buyer to return the item. PP don't ask you what the condition is when they are returned.
Whilst morally there may be no reason to return, PP dictates there is, SNAD.
There is no requirement with SNAD to actually prove or disprove a claim (as a buyer or seller) on the grounds of which it was placed, which is ridiculous but impossible to adjudicate. So the only thing PP can fairly do, is ask the buyer to return in original condition.
In essence, this gives ANY buyer 45 days to return an item.0
