LBS have been busy around the Clacton area. They got loads of bad press in our local rag. One of their victims traced the address of one of the directors in Westcliffe, and took him to court and won.Never Knowingly Understood.

She got it from Companies House. Unfortuanately , she never published it, but was willing to pass the address on to anyone who contacted her. If you look-up colchester gazette and try searching their news items for LBS, you might strike lucky. It was about 4/5 months ago.Never Knowingly Understood.

But did she get any money out of the company? Don't forget that LBS have over 15 unpaid CCJs against their name, and they seem to be disregarding the law completely. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -
They never did a follow-up, so I guess not. Mind you, if you have the directors home address, then it would make it easy ti get a Court order and arrange a visit from the Bailliffs.Never Knowingly Understood.

Except that if they are a registered company only the assets of the company (and not that of the directors) can be seized by bailiffs. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -
But if you have an address you can always block their driveway and have a clamp ready

Can we all agree that, given LBS's habit of clamping without the authority of any landowner [leaving no-one else to sue], and of ignoring CCJs, angle-grinders are currently the only solution to an LBS clamping?0
