Friday 25th June - What small DFW things have you done today?!

Home from work , feeling really fed up. Seems that although we were assured earlier this year that we would not be downgraded they are now refusing to comment either way but state our department has to save £440k this year which they were hoping to save through staff leaving and being replaced at a lower grade. This looks unlikely - but in the meantime they have employed 3 extra managers
its bad enough that we wil be downgraded with a pay cut of 4k , but at the same time we will be expected to do exactly what we are doing now and they are not supporting any training so you can't develop.
dear god , I know the nhs needs to make cuts but we will be back to the days of florence soon with 2 staff caring for 30 patients. Private sector here i come !When it rains look for RainbowsWhen its Dark look for Stars0 -

* scanned my shopping when I unpacked
